Precise offline folding machine, for applications where just first fold is needed.
Manual folding of large format drawings is often an annoying operation as it takes too much time with not always satisfactory results. The low volumes normally can not justify the investment for an automatic folding machine. Not anymore! The RIG.750 resolves your folding problems as a simple, fast and economical solution, which does not require large floorspace. You can manually insert the sheets without the fear of damaging their precious contents. The RIG.800 assures you a neat result wether the documents were printed on toner or inkjet based printers.
Technical features
- Automatic folding for sheets up to 92cm without length limitation. The folded product is organized in 3m folded blocks.
- Folds any type of documents – even inkjet printed – with excellent quality.
- Thanks to it’s silent operations it fits to any ambient. It occupies only 117x100cm space.
- By reclining the feeding table the required space decreases to 50cm.
- Fast and precise: first fold of 7 A0 sheets in a minute.
- Multiple folding programs: optional filing margin (20mm), adjustable folding size in the range of 170-220mm with 1 mm steps.
- Automatic measurement of the length of any drawing during folding.
- Could be installed on any flat surface, or could be orderred with it’s stand on wheels with collecting basket.
